4. How to Place an Order
Registration is not required to place an Order unless explicitly indicated otherwise.
The Buyer places an Order by:
- Selecting the desired Goods;
- Adding the Goods to the shopping cart;
- Providing the information required to fulfil the Order;
- Selecting an available delivery method;
- Selecting an available payment method;
- Reviewing the Order; and
- Confirming the Order and the obligation to pay.
Before confirming the Order, the Buyer will have an opportunity to review and correct the information provided.
The Buyer must provide accurate and complete information required to process and deliver the Order, which may include:
- Full name
- Billing address
- Delivery address
- E-mail address
- Telephone number
- Company or business information, including an ABN where applicable
After the Order has been submitted, the Buyer will receive an electronic confirmation at the e-mail address provided during checkout.
TCG MASTERZ reserves the right to reject or cancel an Order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Incorrect pricing caused by an obvious technical or administrative error
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment
- Goods becoming unexpectedly unavailable
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
- Violation of purchase limits
- Technical errors affecting the Order
- Orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled
Where payment has already been received for an Order that TCG MASTERZ subsequently cancels, the applicable amount will be refunded using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Nothing in this section limits any rights a Consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Payment Methods and Order Processing
TCG MASTERZ provides one or more electronic payment methods during checkout.
Available payment methods may vary depending on the Buyer’s location, currency, device, Order value, and payment provider.
The payment methods currently available to a Buyer will be displayed during checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed or authorised before an Order can be processed, unless another arrangement is explicitly offered by TCG MASTERZ.
If payment is unsuccessful, rejected, cancelled, or not completed within the required timeframe, the Order may automatically be cancelled.
TCG MASTERZ uses third-party payment service providers to securely process payments.
TCG MASTERZ does not necessarily directly receive or store complete payment card information.
Where required or requested, an invoice, receipt, or other proof of purchase will be made available to the Buyer.
6. Delivery and Order Fulfilment
Available delivery destinations, methods, expected delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed through the Store or during checkout.
Delivery costs are shown before the Buyer completes the Order.
Orders will only be dispatched after successful payment unless another payment arrangement has explicitly been agreed.
TCG MASTERZ aims to process and dispatch Orders within the processing timeframe communicated on the Store.
Once an Order has been shipped, delivery is generally expected within 2–5 Business Days, depending on the destination, shipping method, and carrier.
Delivery times are estimates unless TCG MASTERZ expressly states that a particular delivery date is guaranteed.
Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of TCG MASTERZ, including carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, peak periods, supply-chain disruptions, customs processes where applicable, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Orders containing multiple Goods may be shipped together or separately depending on availability and fulfilment requirements.
If an Order contains a pre-order product together with immediately available Goods, the Order may be held until all Goods are available unless otherwise stated or agreed.
The Buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
TCG MASTERZ may charge reasonable additional delivery costs where an Order must be re-sent because the Buyer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, unless the issue resulted from an error by TCG MASTERZ.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights the Buyer may have if Goods are not supplied within a reasonable time or within an agreed timeframe under applicable Australian law.
If a parcel appears visibly damaged upon delivery, the Buyer should document the condition of the parcel and contact TCG MASTERZ as soon as reasonably possible.
The Buyer should retain relevant packaging, photographs, shipping labels, and other evidence where a shipping damage claim may be necessary.
7. Pre-Orders
TCG MASTERZ may offer products for pre-order before their official release or before stock has arrived at our fulfilment location.
Pre-Order Policy
By placing a pre-order, the Buyer requests that TCG MASTERZ reserve or obtain stock from a supplier or distributor specifically in anticipation of fulfilling the Buyer’s Order.
As part of our voluntary pre-order cancellation policy, pre-orders may be cancelled for change-of-mind reasons within 12 hours after the Order has been placed.
After the 12-hour cancellation period, a pre-order generally cannot be cancelled for a simple change of mind before delivery.
This change-of-mind limitation does not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you wish to cancel a pre-order within the 12-hour cancellation period, please contact:
Please include your Order number and clearly state that you wish to cancel the pre-order.
Any expected release date or availability date displayed for a pre-order product is based on the information available to TCG MASTERZ at that time.
Release dates, supply allocations, and availability may be changed by:
- Manufacturers
- Distributors
- Publishers
- Suppliers
- Shipping companies
- Logistics providers
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
As a result, pre-order release and delivery dates should be considered estimates unless explicitly guaranteed.
Where a pre-order is delayed, TCG MASTERZ will make reasonable efforts to provide updated information and fulfil the Order as soon as the relevant stock becomes available.
A minor or reasonable delay to an estimated release date does not automatically create a change-of-mind cancellation right.
However, this does not affect any rights the Buyer may have under the Australian Consumer Law where Goods cannot be supplied, there is a significant failure or unreasonable delay, or another consumer guarantee or statutory right applies.
If TCG MASTERZ becomes unable to supply the pre-ordered Goods, we will notify the Buyer and provide any remedy required under applicable law, which may include cancellation and a refund.
Pre-order products will generally be shipped after their official release date and once stock has been received and processed by TCG MASTERZ.
Once shipped, pre-order products are generally delivered within 2–5 Business Days, depending on the destination and carrier.
If a pre-order and in-stock Goods are purchased in the same Order, dispatch may take place once all Goods are available unless otherwise indicated.
8. Product Information and Availability
TCG MASTERZ makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other information displayed through the Store are accurate.
However, minor differences may occur between product images and the actual Goods, including differences relating to packaging, printing, colouring, manufacturer updates, or regional product variations, provided that such differences do not amount to a failure to comply with applicable consumer guarantees.
Product availability may change without notice.
Adding a product to the shopping cart does not reserve the product unless the Store explicitly states otherwise.
For collectible products, TCG MASTERZ cannot guarantee:
- Specific cards
- Specific rarities
- Pull rates
- Card values
- Grading potential
- Specific characters
- Particular outcomes from sealed randomised products
unless expressly stated in the product description.
The market value of trading cards and collectible products can fluctuate significantly.
TCG MASTERZ does not guarantee that Goods will maintain, increase, or decrease in market value after purchase.
This section does not limit the requirement that Goods comply with any applicable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees relating to acceptable quality, correspondence with description, and fitness for applicable purposes.
9. Returns, Refunds and Complaints
In addition to any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law, TCG MASTERZ provides an optional 30-day change-of-mind return policy for eligible standard products.
Eligible standard products may be returned within 30 days after receiving the Order, subject to the conditions described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee applies to eligible Goods even if the Buyer simply changes their mind.
No reason is required for an eligible change-of-mind return.
To request a return under our voluntary 30-day return policy, the Buyer must contact TCG MASTERZ within the 30-day return period at:
Returned products submitted solely under our change-of-mind policy must meet the return conditions described in the Returns and Refunds Policy.
This generally includes returning the product:
- Unused and undamaged
- With all original components and accessories
- In its original packaging
- With original seals, labels, and protective materials intact where applicable
- Without signs of alteration, misuse, or unnecessary handling
For sealed TCG products returned solely because the Buyer changed their mind, the original factory packaging and seals must remain intact.
Opened or unsealed booster boxes, booster packs, bundles, collection boxes, tins, decks, Elite Trainer Boxes, and other sealed TCG products may not be eligible for a voluntary change-of-mind return.
These change-of-mind conditions do not limit a Consumer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law where Goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, not of acceptable quality, not as described, or otherwise fail to comply with an applicable consumer guarantee.
Free Returns
Eligible returns accepted under our voluntary 30-day return policy are free of charge when the return method provided or approved by TCG MASTERZ is used.
TCG MASTERZ will cover the cost of standard return shipping for eligible returns, including eligible change-of-mind returns accepted under our voluntary policy.
TCG MASTERZ may provide a prepaid return label, return shipping instructions, or another approved return method.
Additional costs incurred because the Buyer chooses a different or more expensive return shipping method than the method provided or approved by TCG MASTERZ may not be reimbursed, except where reimbursement is required by law.
Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect or Missing Products
If Goods arrive damaged, defective, faulty, incorrect, or an item is missing, the Buyer should contact TCG MASTERZ as soon as reasonably possible.
For efficient investigation, we recommend contacting us within 30 days of receiving the Order. However, this requested notification period does not limit or replace any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
The Buyer may be asked to provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the shipping packaging where relevant
- Photographs of the shipping label where relevant
Where Goods fail to comply with an applicable consumer guarantee, the Buyer may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances and whether the failure is major or minor, remedies may include repair, replacement, refund, compensation, or another remedy required by law.
Refunds
Once an eligible voluntary return has been received and inspected, TCG MASTERZ will determine whether the return satisfies the conditions of our change-of-mind policy.
This inspection process does not limit statutory remedies available for Goods that fail to comply with the Australian Consumer Law.
Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method.
TCG MASTERZ aims to process approved refunds as quickly as reasonably possible.
Depending on the Buyer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund becomes visible.
Where the Australian Consumer Law requires a refund or other remedy, TCG MASTERZ will provide the applicable remedy in accordance with those requirements.
The full return procedure and conditions are described in the TCG MASTERZ Returns and Refunds Policy.
10. Rights and Obligations of TCG MASTERZ
TCG MASTERZ reserves the right to add, modify, restrict, or remove Goods from the Store at any time, subject to Orders and contractual obligations already accepted and any applicable Australian law.
TCG MASTERZ may temporarily suspend access to all or part of the Store for maintenance, security, technical reasons, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCG MASTERZ is not responsible for interruptions or failures resulting directly from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:
- Internet or hosting failures
- Force Majeure
- Payment provider outages
- Carrier or logistics disruptions
- Cyberattacks or unlawful third-party activity
- Failures caused by the User’s device, software, or Internet connection
TCG MASTERZ will make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate Store information, process Orders correctly, and provide customers with appropriate support.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Business Customers
Where a Buyer purchases Goods primarily in connection with a business, commercial activity, resale activity, or professional purpose, additional or different commercial conditions may apply to the extent permitted by law.
For business customers, TCG MASTERZ may:
- Require full or partial payment in advance
- Restrict certain payment methods
- Establish specific commercial purchasing conditions
- Apply quantity restrictions
- Cancel Orders where there is a reasonable commercial or security justification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TCG MASTERZ will not be responsible for indirect commercial losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, loss of anticipated savings, or consequential commercial losses.
However, nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including where applicable under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Intellectual Property
The TCG MASTERZ name, branding, original website design elements, photographs owned by TCG MASTERZ, graphics, written content, and other original materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.
Third-party trading card game names, logos, characters, artwork, trademarks, and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
References to third-party brands or products are used solely for identification, description, compatibility, promotion, or sale of legitimate products and do not imply ownership by or affiliation with TCG MASTERZ unless expressly stated.
Users may not reproduce, commercially distribute, modify, publish, or exploit protected TCG MASTERZ materials without prior permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
13. Force Majeure and Events Outside Our Control
TCG MASTERZ will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation to the extent that the delay or failure results from an event genuinely outside our reasonable control.
Such events may include:
- Natural disasters
- Flooding or severe weather
- Fire
- War or civil unrest
- Government restrictions
- Industrial action
- Major transport or logistics disruptions
- Widespread telecommunications or infrastructure failures
- Unexpected supplier or manufacturer disruptions beyond our reasonable control
Where such an event materially affects an Order, TCG MASTERZ will make reasonable efforts to communicate relevant information and resume fulfilment when reasonably possible.
This section does not exclude any statutory right or remedy that applies despite the event.
14. Australian Consumer Law
Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where that law applies.
Depending on the circumstances, Consumers may be entitled to remedies if Goods:
- Are not of acceptable quality
- Are not fit for a disclosed purpose
- Do not match their description
- Do not match a sample or demonstration model where applicable
- Do not comply with applicable express warranties
- Are otherwise supplied in breach of an applicable consumer guarantee
The remedy available will depend on the circumstances and the nature of the failure.
Nothing in our voluntary returns policy, pre-order policy, warranty terms, or these Terms and Conditions is intended to remove or reduce rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
15. Pricing, Taxes and Currency
Prices displayed through the Store will be shown in the currency indicated on the Store or during checkout.
Where Australian GST applies to a transaction, prices and checkout information will be displayed in accordance with applicable Australian pricing and tax requirements.
Shipping costs and other applicable charges will be displayed before the Buyer completes the Order.
Where an obvious pricing error occurs due to a technical, administrative, or system error, TCG MASTERZ may contact the Buyer before fulfilling the Order.
If TCG MASTERZ cannot reasonably fulfil an Order because of an obvious pricing error and the Order is cancelled, any amount already paid for the affected Goods will be refunded.
16. Fraud Prevention and Purchase Limits
TCG MASTERZ may use reasonable fraud prevention and risk management measures when processing Orders.
We may request additional information or verification where reasonably necessary to confirm an Order, payment, customer identity, or delivery information.
TCG MASTERZ may establish quantity or purchase limits for certain Goods, particularly limited-release, allocated, pre-order, or high-demand products.
We may cancel or adjust Orders that attempt to circumvent clearly stated purchase limits, including through multiple Accounts or Orders, where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
Where we cancel Goods after receiving payment, the relevant amount will be refunded.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Australia and, where relevant, the laws of the Australian State or Territory that has jurisdiction over the transaction.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a Consumer from exercising any right to bring a claim or dispute before a court, tribunal, regulator, or other body where such a right exists under applicable law.
18. Disputes and Complaints
If a Buyer has a complaint or dispute relating to an Order, product, payment, delivery, return, or other aspect of the Store, we encourage the Buyer to contact TCG MASTERZ first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.

Please include relevant information such as your Order number, contact details, and a description of the issue.
Nothing in this section prevents a Consumer from exercising any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law or contacting an appropriate Australian consumer protection authority.

TCG MASTERZ may amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary, including because of:
- Changes to Store functionality
- Changes to payment methods
- Changes to delivery methods
- Security requirements
- Changes to business operations
- Changes to our products or services
- Changes to applicable laws or regulatory requirements
Changes will not normally affect Orders already concluded before the amended Terms became effective unless required by law or agreed with the Buyer.

20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary where legally possible.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
No provision will be interpreted in a way that excludes, restricts, or modifies a mandatory right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law where such exclusion, restriction, or modification is prohibited.
